Gareth Savage, also known as Sareth Gavage, creates work on paper, canvas and digital software to create colourful, intricate and vibrant art. Sareth’s works often start from a single pattern or doodle and develop and spread in many different directions. Patterns are at the heart of everything Sareth creates, taking influence from the patterns and rhythms in nature, the modern world around him and from his own imagination.
Often described as Psychedelic, Sareth’s work also journeys through Science Fiction, Steampunk and Surrealism all glued together by an abstract theme
‘I am an early career artist based in Huddersfield and operating in the neighbouring areas. I have a residency space at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield and mostly work from home.’
